About Me

I am Alex Laakmann, a 17-year-old that currently attends Bend Senior High School in Bend, Oregon. Along with photography, I love whitewater kayaking, skiing, climbing, backpacking, and biking. I have been taking photos all my life, but only recently discovered my passion for landscape and adventure photography. 

Through my photography, I aim to inspire others and to portray the many beauties of mother nature. While a photograph can never do a location or adventure justice, I hope to show the beauty of the natural world and inspire others to make their own experiences in nature.
